Location: Haindl Field

We know parents, children and the community are concerned about continuing to mitigate risk of the spread of COVID19 while acknowledging the need to start returning to some activities that are important for the physical and mental well-being of all. In order to protect both the Volunteers and Participants, we have created the following procedures and protocols.

I.) PHYSICAL DISTANCING

  • When Volunteers are less than 6 ft. from each other or interacting with players, they must wear a face covering.

  • During physical activity patricipants are not required to wear a face covering.

  • Groupings will be as static as possible. The same group of participants will stay with the same coach whenever possible.

  • Group size will be limited to no more than 15 Participants (not including Coaches).

  • Hand-to-hand contact, unless it is part of the drill or activity will be discouraged (e.g., NO handshakes, high-fives, fist bumps)

  • Teams will be dismissed one at a time, with ample time in between dismissals, limiting contact to the extent possible.

  • All spectators must adhere to six-foot physical distancing with non-household members. Those observed not adhering to distancing requirements will be asked to leave the premises.

II.) PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

  • Acceptable face coverings include but are not limited: to cloth, homemade sewn, quick cut, Bandana or surgical masks.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the facility.

  • Volunteers and Participants must perform hand hygiene before entering the field.

  • All participants and volunteers will be required to sign a waiver prior to the season.

  • All volunteers and participants should have their temperature taken prior to arrival. If you have a temperature greater than 100.4ºF, you must stay home and seek medical attention.
